Since it’s opening in 2011 as Bread & Butter Concept’s 2nd restaurant, Urban Table has been a fixture for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the Corinth Shops.  This week Urban Table is shaking things up a bit as they transition to a full service restaurant every hour they are open.  They also are dropping breakfast from their operating hours Monday – Thursday.  They will still however serve brunch on Saturday and Sunday.

As quoted in the Prairie Village Post, owner Alan Gaylin said of the transition; “Our goal at Bread & Butter Concepts is always to provide the most innovative quality culinary experience and service for our guests.  The counter service style was not the most conducive and best way for us to do that. There was confusion from our guests when doing counter service at breakfast and lunch and full service at dinner. We look forward to providing a higher level of service and food.”

The restaurant space underwent a minor remodel over the weekend as the counter where patrons previously ordered was removed and additional seating was added. Now the servers will take orders at the table in the traditional manner at full-service restaurants.

Urban Table’s new hours of operation are:

Monday-Thursday 11am-11pm (lunch 11am-3:30pm, dinner 5pm-10pm)
Friday 7am-Midnight (breakfast 7am-10:30am, lunch 11am-3:30pm, dinner 5pm-11pm)
Saturday 8am-Midnight (brunch 8am-3:30pm, dinner 5pm-11pm)
Sunday 8am-11pm (brunch 8am-3:30pm, dinner 5pm-10pm)
